Three Ohioans, three black bodies, and more importantly three preventable deaths.
TCP was born out of the idea that part of the change in our society happens to us. If we change how we think - how we act and how we manage ourselves. So many organizations and agencies are putting their energy into Police and Gun Reform, other groups have formed collectives to address educational reform and even others are considering the real prospect of reparations. However, we believe that there is a space needed to teach persons of color how to manage the society we exist in now.
Through creative programming, mentorship, and access to financial capital, TCP serves as an incubator for ingenuity and a space for great idea's to take root and grow.
The COVID-19 Pandemic, while wreaking havoc across the globe, showcased the lack of exposure to capital, access to education, and mentorship for people of color.

The educational equity gap widened as our youth lost access to in-person classroom activities, people who worked in certain industries realized
